My Dearest Mom - you will definitely be missed by me. I remember when Mr. & Mrs. Pete Rush would come by the house and we would sing around the piano. When Ms. Gail would come by we would do the same, as well as when Bessie played the piano we would sing and sing. I remember when Cedric caught the Holy Ghost, you and daddy went to town. We didn't know what to do we were trying to get him to stop and he wouldn't, so we called Aunt Estelle and she said baby he is filled with the Holy Ghost. Missing my mom.

Ms. Arecia will always have a place in my heart. When I moved to MS in 1973, she sang hymns to me so I would be able to hear the Melodie's. That's the only way I could play because I play by ear. I will NEVER forget her kindness. Our prayers are with the Steele/Vaughn families.❤️ Michael and Gail Whitlock
