Billy Jean Triplett

Billy Jean Triplett, 79, of Ackerman, MS., passed on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Baptist Medical Center, Columbus, MS. Graveside Service will be Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 11 a.m., from Mount Salem M. B. Church Cemetery, 320 Dido Mount Salem Road, Ackerman, MS  39735. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 4 until 6 p.m. from the Funeral Home weir location.

Mr. Triplett was born April 28, 1945 to the parents of Gus Stallings and Rosie Bell Triplett  in Choctaw County Mississippi.

Mr. Triplett was preceded in death by his parents, Gus Stallings and Rosie Bell Triplett; siblings, Lizzie Lane, Emma Jean Triplett, Bobbie Gean Lewis, L. V. Triplett, Johnny Brown, Jr. Triplett and Jimmy whitfield.

Mr. Triplett is survived by his wife, Mary Triplett; children; Pamela Triplett, Stevie Triplett (Demterius), Dale Triplett (Latoya), Micheal Triplett, Renee Miller and Priscilla Triplett; grandchildren, 13 ; great grandchildren, 5 ; siblings, Lou Bertha Curtis and Eddie Lee Tate; nieces, nephews and other relatives and family.
