Christine Gatheright, 94, of Ackerman, MS. passed on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Starkville Manor Nursing Home, Starkville, MS. Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11 a.m., from Beck Funeral Home, Louisville, MS. Visitation will be Friday from 4 until 6 p.m. from the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Big Jerusalem Church Cemetery, Ackerman, MS. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; Annie and James Jones; siblings, Robert Jones, Earline Callie Jones, Wilson William Jones, Lester Jones, Clara Jones, Luciele Jones, James Jones, John D. Jones, Mertice Jones and Vertis Jones; Children, John Thomas Gatheright, Gloria Dean Gatheright and Steve Gatheright.

Leaves to cherish ; children, Tommie Jean Gatheright, Myrtle Gatheright, Martha Gladney, Rose McKennie, Billy Joe "BJ" Gatheright and Evie Gatheright; sister, Leona Nunn; Grandchildren 22 and 19 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and family.
