Eddie Ali Cotton

Eddie Ali Cotton, 52, of Louisville, Mississippi passed on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 in Winston County, Mississippi.  A visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Saturday, February 10, 2024 from Beck Funeral Home Louisville.  Beck Funeral Home of Louisville is in charge of all arrangements.

Eddie Ali Cotton was born March 17, 1971 in New York City, New York.  He was the second child of Alice and Earnest Cotton. He peacefully passed away on January 23, 2024, at his residence.  Eddie was 52 years old.

Ali, as he was affectionately known to most, joined Unity Outreach Fellowship Church earlier in his life.  He was a 1989 Graduate of Louisville High School and he also attended Jackson State University.

Ali was a hardworking man who never met a stranger, because he loved everybody.

Ali leaves behind his mother, Alice Cotton of Louisville, MS; his siblings, Ernest Wydall Barber (Alfreda) of Jackson, MS; Earnest Cotton, Jr. (Darlene) of Walker, LA; Keisha Minnor (Napoleon) of Whitehouse, TN; LaFaye Walker (Joe) of Columbus, MS; Johnathan Cotton (La Rae) of Tupelo, MS; and Jeremias Goss of Louisville, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
