Elsie Linda Kirksey, 64, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from Neshoba County General Hospital in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from the Neshoba County Coliseum in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion U.M. Church Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 10:00 A.M. - 11:45 A.M. on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from the Neshoba County Coliseum. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Mrs. Kirksey loved her grandchildren and family. She had a passion for gardening and flowers. She was a devoted church member of Mt. Zion U.M. Church and loved her church family dearly. She worked for the Philadelphia Police Department as a telecommunication supervisor. She cherished her Philadelphia Police Department and will be missed by her Police Department colleagues and family.

Mrs. Kirksey is survived by her husband Charles Kirksey, one daughter Shayla Kirksey Robertson ( Randy); two grandchildren, Destiny Kirksey and Kamdon Robertson,; three brothers and two sisters. Pallbearers will be the Philadelphia Police Department and the officiating minister is Rev. Stevie Mosley.
