Howard Lavon Fowler

Howard Lavon Fowler, 59, passed on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from his residence in Neshoba County, Mississippi.  Funeral Services will be held 12:00 P.M. Thursday, October 10, 2024, from Beck Funeral Home Chapel of Philadelphia.  Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. - 11:45 A.M. Thursday, October 10, 2024, from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Howard Lavon Fowler "Buck" was born February 10, 1965 to the union of Walter Howard and Ethel Mae Fowler. He professed his faith in Christ at an early age.  He was a member of Goodway Baptist Church and often attended New restoration Christian Church both in Milwaukee, WI.

Buck received his formal education from Carthage Elementary School in Carthage, MS.  He attended Roosevelt Middle School and later attended Casmir Pulaski High School both in Milwaukee, Wi.

Buck was known for working hard and taking care of his family.  He had a passion for cooking, loved blues and driving.  He enjoyed driving so much that he sought employment through multiple conglomerates in the city of Milwaukee.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Walter (Hattie L) Fowler and Herman (Blanche) Langdon.

Buck leaves to cherish his memory: his loving parents, Walter Howard (Ethel Mae) Fowler of Philadelphia, MS; Four loving sisters, Dorothy Fowler of Philadelphia, MS, Denise (Tony) Johnson, Delouse Fowler, and Yolanda Fowler; Four nephews, Antione (Vinyette) Fowler, Antonio Johnson, James Johnson, and Bryson Fowler.  Two nieces, Tamillia (Charles) Mason and Bre'Anna Fowler all of Milwaukee, WI.  Two aunts, Rena Stribling of Philadelphia, MS and Hazel McGhee of Chicago, IL.  His special companion of 23 years Hortencia Villapando, her daughters, Emilia and Patricia Pena of Milwaukee, WI and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
