James Windham, 94, of Preston, Mississippi passed on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from his residence in Preston, Mississippi. Graveside Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 30, 2023 from Preston Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Preston, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from Beck Funeral Home Dekalb. Beck Funeral home Dekalb is in charge of all arrangements.

Mr James Windham, Sr. leaves to cherish his forever loving memory, seven children, six daughters, Mary (Carl) Reed of Preston, Mississippi, Diane (Roosevelt) Smoot of Scooba, Mississippi, Annie J. Sanders of Preston, Mississippi, Flora (Charlie) Smoot of Scooba, Mississippi, Maxine Windham of Meridian, Mississippi, Tracy (Tim) Johnson of Brandon, Mississippi, a son, James Windham, Jr. of Preston, Mississippi, twenty-four grandchildren, forty-six great grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, one brother, Earlis Windham of Rialto, California, three sisters, Mable Campbell of Meridian, Mississippi, Hilda Griffin, Pearlie Mae Johnson, both of Springfield, Massachusetts, a host of nephews, nieces, relatives, friends, church family and neighbors.
