Sarah Marshall

Mrs. Sarah Marshall, 107, of Weir, MS., passed on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Baptist Medical Center, Columbus, Mississippi. 

Funeral service will be Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 11 a.m., from Millspring Missionary Baptist Church, 620 Stewart Weir Road, Weir, MS. 39772. Burial will follow in Millspring M.B. Church Cemetery in Weir, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday, March 21, 2025 from Beck Funeral Home Weir. 

Mrs. Marshall was born to the parents of John Henry Robinson and Cora Sterling in Choctaw County Mississippi on October 6, 1917.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband; child, Mae Lee Cherry; siblings, Lula Mae Montgomery, Ida Edward and Luther Robinson and good friends,  Thelma Parish, Peggy Turner and Mae Johnson.

She is survived by; sons, Joe Marshall and John Marshall; grandchildren, Sarah Cherry and Mary Cherry; great grand children, Brandon Wash and Bailey Wash; sibling, Nannie Ree Horton, close friends, Dorothy Mitchell, Betty Purell and  Betty Dobbs and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and family.
