Saturday, November 25, 2023, from Mt. Nebo M.B. Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will follow from Donald Rest Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday, November 24, 2023, from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Rev. Arthur Taylor; four sons, Jowaski (Tina) Black, James Triplet, both of Philadelphia, MS, Joshua Taylor of San Antonio, TX, and Mark Davis of Meridian, MS; two daughters, Tehitia Davis of Meridian, MS and Carla Wilson of Louisville, MS; six sisters, Ethel Harris, Rosa McAfee (Frederick) Mallard, Annie Black, Dorothy P. Nash, all of Philadelphia, Bettie C. Black of Plano, TX and Joyce (Derek) Baker of Walnut Grove, MS; five brothers, Undra (Tequila) Black, John Allen (Bobbie) Wells, Mujahid Sabree, all of Philadelphia, MS, James Black and Fred Lester Black of Milwaukee, WI; sox grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sister-in-laws, Pandora Black, Brenda Black, and Tequila Yarbrough; two brothers -in-laws, E.L. Burnside, and John Wallace Taylor, both of Philadelphia, Mississippi; a special friend, Exzenia Clay, and a host of other relatives, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
